Day 30/Dag 30 41 km Freecamping

Toughest day so far!

32 degrees, up and down roads all the time, busy traffic and we had to continue through the hottest hours of the day. The reason? We had to get medicine for Eva at a pharmacy in Valdemarsvik.

The pharmacy in Entre Malmö did a mistake. They were supposed to send medicine to Västervik, but sent it to themselves. The medicine does take extreme heat. That made Eva be without her medicine for two long days. She wasnt herself. She also dropped her glasses and managed to run over them. Again. Same as last year! So no glasses until Samir and Sofie comes!

It was very hard to motivate the girls today bit as always icecream, music from the Iphone and the dream of swimming. Once we reached Valdemarsvik, 15 min before closing time at the pharmacy, we stayed hours in the water. Precious moments!

Tuffaste dagen hittintills!

32 grader, upp och ned backar hela tiden, mycket trafik och vi tvingades cykla under den hetaste tiden av dagen. Orsak? Vi fick skynda för att få medicin åt Eva i Valdemarsvik.

Apoteket Entre i Malmö gjorde ett misstag. De beställde medicin åt mig att hämta i Västervik men skickade det till dem själva. Medicinen klarar inte hetta. Därför har Eva varit utan sin medicin i två dagar. Det har märkts, hon har inte varit sig själv. Hon lyckades också tappa och köra över sin glasögon. Igen! Så nu är hon utan glasögon tills Samir och Sofie kommer.

Det var svårt att motivera tjejerna att cykla idag. Men som vanligt gjorde glass, musik från Iphonen och löften om bad jobbet. Och när vi väl nådde Valdemarsvik -en kvart innan de stängde- så stannade vi timmar i vattnet! Värdefull tid!
